we’re here to make a difference in the lives of children and their
communities. Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and
purpose-filled. We celebrate the growth of our team, of our
families, and of ourselves. If you’re passionate about early
childhood development and want to do meaningful, hands-on work that

and outcomes. Maintain flexibility and balance: Provide high-impact
clinical services while maintaining a schedule that fits your
availability. What You’ll Own & Elevate Conduct assessments (FBAs,
skill assessments, preference assessments) across home, school, and
community settings. Develop and update individualized treatment
plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide supervision
aligned with BACB standards, including observation, feedback, and

documentation for accuracy and compliance. Support caregiver
training and consultation. Collaborate with internal clinical
leadership to ensure quality, consistency, and continuity of care.
Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and regulatory
compliance at all times. Who You Are A clinically strong, ethical
BCBA who values flexibility and autonomy Comfortable working across
diverse environments and client populations Skilled at building
