The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will be the front-line for
electroCore in headache centers, key institutions, and with other
key healthcare provider (HCP) offices. This is a player-coach
position that will require the ability to effectively teach, lead
and engage with the 1099 sales force assigned to their territory to
penetrate and drive revenue within the VA ecosystem. This
individual will also be responsible for their own revenue targets
in the commercial/gConcierge channel. You will be a business and
clinical expert who discusses relevant and approved product
information with key customers within his/her assigned territory.
This medical device sales opportunity is a heavy cold calling
position. You must have a “hunter” mentality and be comfortable
with daily in-field prospecting. Your responsibilities will include
traveling to trade shows and using your strong interpersonal and
sales skills to connect with a broad cross-section of people and
build brand awareness. The TBM must be vibrant, energetic, and have
a passion for success; success for the patients, healthcare
providers, and electroCore. He/she must be a high-impact achiever
who enjoys taking initiative, driving for results, and cultivating
partnerships in new and challenging environments. What You’ll Do:
Effectively navigate accounts (headache centers, key institutions,
and group practices) to drive optimal results Provides superior
guidance, mentoring, coaching and feedback for the 1099 sales force
in assigned territory to penetrate and drive revenue within the VA
ecosystem and strengthen their overall sales performance Understand
goals and identify/bridge gaps in productivity at both the
individual and team level Implement total account calls including
HCPs and decision makers within accounts Discover and address
account needs with the most advantageous solutions Cultivate
Influential Partnerships by developing meaningful relationships
based on electroCore’s values and strategic initiatives that
positively impact all customers (internal and external). Drive for
Results by setting high goals; monitoring progress toward goals;

Bring: Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience 1 (One) years
of outside sales experience Ability to influence and credibility to
engage internal and external customers High degree of emotional
intelligence with ability to connect with people and build strong
relationships, internally and externally Ability to travel
overnight when needed, 50% Bonus Points if You Have: Start-up
