Title: Residential HVAC Sales Representative We are seeking highly
motivated, ambitious, and outgoing individuals to join our team as
Residential HVAC Sales Representative. In this role, you will
leverage your proven experience in HVAC system sales, one-call
close sales, and selling with financing options to drive sales and
deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will receive
comprehensive offsite training to ensure your continued success,
and your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive commission
structure and potential bonuses for self-generated leads.
Responsibilities and Expectations: Operational Excellence: Optimize
sales efficiency through effective use of one-call close
techniques, financing options, and lead management. Financial
Expertise: Present and explain financing options tailored to HVAC
system purchases, ensuring customers understand and feel confident
with the available payment plans. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure
prompt and professional handling of customer inquiries and
concerns, maintaining a reputation for excellence in HVAC sales.
Compliance & Quality: Adhere to sales best practices and maintain
high standards of professionalism and customer service. Brand
Advocacy: Represent the company professionally and build strong
customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Maintain a clean driving record and travel to customer homes to
conduct HVAC system evaluations and sales presentations.
Requirements: Significant proven experience with one-call close
sales techniques, specifically in the HVAC systems industry.
Extensive experience selling HVAC systems with financing options
and explaining payment plans to customers. Outgoing, ambitious, and
self-driven personality with the ability to build rapport quickly,
particularly with homeowners seeking HVAC solutions. Strong
communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on articulating
the value of HVAC system upgrades and replacements. Ability to work
independently and manage your own schedule, optimizing time for
HVAC sales appointments. Must have a clean driving record. Ability
to pass a background check and drug screening. What Can We Do for
