Job Description:

technologies, we are expanding our team in the Security & Law
Enforcement sector. We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Security
Account Executive to drive sales in our cutting-edge security
systems division. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships
with commercial clients, understanding their security needs, and
providing tailored solutions that enhance building efficiency,
security, and sustainability. Develop and execute strategic sales
plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the
commercial security sector. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding
their security needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition
of our security solutions through proposals and presentations
tailored to customer needs. Identify emerging markets and market
shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status. Manage the sales cycle from finding a client to securing a
deal; including negotiation and closure to maximize profit.
Collaborate with the product development teams to guide the
direction of product offerings based on client feedback and market
trends. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to
close with strong negotiation skills. Excellent listening,
negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong verbal and written
communication. Ability to work well in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office. Understanding of commercial building security
systems, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion
detection. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certification in Sales Management (CSM) preferred. Professional
certification in security systems such as Certified Security
Consultant (CSC) is an advantage.
