Job Description:

HumanHire has partnered with a facility maintenance firm that has been in business for 40+ years in search of a Client Services Representative to join their office in Brookhaven, NY.

This role is ideal for recent graduates, entry level facilities maintenance candidates, and those with a strong retail/food & beverage background!

What we offer:
Location: Brookhaven, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-6PM
Pay: $18-21/hour (weekly pay)
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental


Responsibilities:
Document requested services into the system
Provide written and oral updates to clients
Obtain estimates from vendors
Track materials and schedule repairs
Negotiate and submit proposals
Ensure all information is obtained and documented to guarantee the accurate invoicing of the client


Qualifications:
1 year of Facility Maintenance or Client Service experience OR 3+ years of client-facing customer service experience
Bachelor's degree not required, but preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong conflict resolution & relationship building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
