responsibilities as Regional Sales Manager, with direct oversight
of several key territories throughout the Unites States. The
candidate shall have direct contact and oversight of a staff of
Domestic Sales Representatives. Candidate shall control the
internal environment in providing quotes, proposals, technical
guidance, and in general, customer satisfaction via use of internal
systems for these purposes and via interaction with all levels of
coworkers in many or most of the internal disciplines.Essential
Functions:Provide routine catalog quotations and equally capable of
developing complex high dollar value proposals for the full range
of products.Knowledge and experience in an appropriate technical
discipline that will enable them to maintain full and reasonable
understanding of our entire product range.Willing to travel and
experience in working thru an external Sales force of
Representatives is preferred. Demonstrated written communication
skills in English language is essential.Qualifications:Requires
management and leadership knowledge in Job Area. Typically has
comprehensive knowledge and skills within a specific technical
discipline and broad understanding of other areas within the job
function.Requires Bachelor's degree and or 10 years of related
experience.Must have the appropriate skill necessary to negotiate
and close multi-million dollar contracts.Must be capable of
developing successful account strategies to increase market
penetration.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
multi-cultural skills are essential.Must possess willingness to
regularly travel as necessary.Candidate must have the ability to
manage own time without continuous supervision.Remote employee will
be considered.Additional Job Functions (including but not limited
to)Achieves individual and team booking revenue plan and sets
appropriate objectives to meet desired revenue goals.Qualifies and
directs sales activities compliant with corporate
guidelines.Performs account management include business
development, lead generation, customer qualification, proposal
delivery, and contract negotiation.Understands and assimilates the
latest technologies and market data to create account propositions
and competitive solutions for high value opportunities.Establishes
a communication path between the company and the REP/Customer to
ensure customer satisfaction. Develops and supports timely
resolution to customer or Rep related issues.Assists sales,
support, and marketing staff members in activities such as sales
promotion, training, or market research in planning and executing
