SummaryTrueSource LLC. is seeking to hire a National Accounts Sales
Coordinator to become an integral part of our Sales team. This is a
fast-paced, team-oriented position using skills in research and
resolution to drive results. This position collaborates with sales
representatives and sales leadership to deliver administrative
support that optimizes the team's performance and helps the sales
team meet their targets, while ensuring outstanding customer
service.*This role will require 2-3 days a week in our Islandia,
New York office.Job Responsibilities
- Supports the sales team with data entry, process improvement,
measurements, and analytics relevant to their functional
areas.
- Enhances sales productivity by enabling the team to work
smarter by simplifying processes.
- Maintains contract records.
- Manages and maintains sales and customer account data in
Salesforce and other software programs; assists in sales operations
administrative duties in the areas of customer account detail,
request for proposal, CRM, customer web-based portals, and other
areas as required.
- Maintains effective communications with other cross functional
teams across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs
of the sales force.
- Client Onboarding: Client setup forms, NDA's, registrations,
billing procedures, price-lists, and location listings..
- Maintain customer Onboarding Tracker
- Other duties as assigned.Key Performance Measurements
- A score card that reflects performance in areas such as
customer satisfaction, response time, issue resolution, data
accuracy, and speed of service.
- Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team
contributions, and willingness/ability to learn new skills and
information.
- Other key metrics prescribed by management, resulting in
positive customer impact.Qualifications
- Experience in a Sales Support or Account Management role.
Minimum 2 years preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Minimum 3 years preferred.
- Previous experience working in commercial construction, or the
facilities maintenance industries.
- Sales and detail minded.
- Able to work without supervision and will work in a team
environment.
- Intermediate level experience of Microsoft Office products
including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication skills; strong attention to
detail, and data accuracy.
- Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing
tasks.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel,
Outlook, and Word.
- High School or GED diploma required.
- The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal
