Job Responsibilities HVAC Replacements Installation Technician - Work on installation of HVAC systems in large residential homes and very light commercial facilities - Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals. - Understand the layout of duct work systems and equipment; read blueprints. - Understand and install/work on replacement HVAC systems. - Attend team meetings as needed.
Requirements:Required Skills & Experience HVAC Replacements Installation Technician - Must have current Connecticut D or S trade license. - Detailed-oriented team player - Critical thinking skills and good decision-making ability.
Eligibility Requirements HVAC Replacements Installation Technician - Employment/education will be verified. - This position requires a valid driver's license. - Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. - Encon is a drug free workplace and requires post-offer pre-employment drug testing. - Excellent attendance is an essential function.
Physical Requirements HVAC Replacements Installation Technician - Able to work in a variety of extreme weather, hot and cold conditions. - Able to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces. - Able to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings, and ladders. - Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach. - Able to walk on uneven surfaces. - Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights. - Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
