We are currently seeking an entry-level IT Technician. In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining all computer workstations and associated software within the office building. The IT Technician will also be the first point of contact for employees who are experiencing computer, software, or phone issues. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in working in a fast-paced and consistently growing company.

Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (desk phones, scanners, printers etc.)

Check computer hardware (HDD, mouse/keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality.

Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.

Provide training and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.

Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)

Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes.

Identify computer or network equipment shortages.

Other duties as assigned by management.
