Rivel is currently seeking a talented, self-assured Sales Consultant -who has flexibility to work remotely as well as in our Westport, CT office if -needed. This person will be involved in all aspects of the firms CXLign Banking Division, cultivating leads through phone and email marketing campaigns, growing and overseeing their own sales territory, and managing clients. This position requires someone with strong sales prospecting skills, an ability to build relationships, and offers the opportunity to manage your own book of business. Experience with sales consulting and/or roles within the banking industry is a definite plus. A resident of -the Southern US, or someone with close ties to the region, is important for this position as it aligns with the sales territory. -PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Articulate and demonstrate value of Rivels banking experience research to potential clients through the sales cycle Understand client needs in order to provide essential insight and support their strategic goals Spearhead campaigns and manage contacts to grow prospective client pipeline in assigned territory Support division through public presentations and events, when needed Perform other duties as assigned -REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience as a primary salesperson and/or business development representative providing custom solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all internal and external interactions Comfort with -and confidence in -communicating with prospective clients Friendly, enthusiastic -and ready to learn the business through proactive problem solving and creative thinking Motivated to grow the CXLign Banking line of business through collaboration with colleagues and discerning recommendations Bachelors degree and proficiency with MS Office Alignment with Rivels core values -About Rivel: As data-driven management consultants, Rivel helps management teams and boards improve valuation, mitigate risk and drive performance.Since 1991, Rivel has been advising management teams and boards on how aligning attitudes and behaviors of key stakeholders (Employees, Customers and Shareholders) can make the difference between success and failure in their business.Our rapidly growing client list includes some of the largest publicly traded companies in the world across all industries.Rivel was named to Hearst Media's Top Workplaces in 2020.Equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and team members without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability status or any other applicable characteristics protected by law.
