Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY The Client Coordinator is responsible for all
aspects of vendor relations and coordinating client services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions
include, but are not limited to the following: Daily: --- Keep
emails organized --- Inbound/Outbound phone calls/Answering Group
Line --- Communicate effectively with vendors, client and managers
--- Check client ETA's on each work order --- Manage Individual
Follow-Up Que --- Maintain consistent contact with vendors
updates/quotes/invoices/checklists/assets --- IVR Check In/Out,
Update Double Systems - Update clients consistently on work order
status --- Approve Client NTE --- Finding errors in quotes and
obtaining corrections --- Enter vendor/client quotes into
Facilities Exchange --- Negotiate rates and prices for
labor/materials --- Manage/maintain profit percentage set by
Manager --- Understand the mechanical operations of HVAC and
refrigeration units --- Fix accounting issues Weekly/Bi-Weekly ---
Attend bi-weekly team/company meetings Monthly: --- On call
rotation As Needed: --- Dispatch assigned work orders (look in the
history of previous work) - scheduling with vendor/client ---
Recruiting for new vendors as needed (reactive/proactive) ---
Assist other Dispatch/Coordinators & Supervisors as needed ---
Complete Quarterly/Annual self-evaluations --- Attend in office/off
site training/team/company meetings Employment Type: Full Time
Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $20 - $22 Annual
