Job Description:
Company is looking to hire someone with good skillset in Microsoft
Excel and shipping softwares that involve creating of shipping
labels for their products.
THere will be work required to update SKU's from the database and
exporting that info into Excel.
Background in shipping documentation is a huge PLUS.
It will be mostly remote work but there will be requests to work
onsite so someone local to Holtzville is required.

responsibilities:
Must have good Excel Experience. Formulas and Pivot Tables is a
plus. Have experience with databases so can assist with Shipping
Software. LOCAL candidate that can go on site when needed. Hiring
Manager needs to hire this position quickly. Interview will be with
HM via TEAMS.
Project Support team members provide administrative support to
Project Managers creating Domestic and International Shipping
Labels for finished product (Scanners, printers, etc.)
Will also be doing alot of clerical and database work.
Will be using UPS various carrier Software and MS Excel/Smartsheet
to download and upload information. UPS, Fedex, DHL Software
experience preferred.
Will be updating SKU's in company's database and exporting
information from Excel.
Candidate must be organized and have excellent attention to detail.
Preferred if candidate has a background with Shipping
Documentation.
This is a remote position BUT should be a local candidate who is
willing to work on site should they be needed at Holtsville.
Must have a great attitude and be flexible to handle other
administrative duties as needed.
Preferred Education: High School or equivalent Preferred Work
