OverviewWe are seeking a corporate attorney with experience in
private company governance, commercial transactions, and M&A,
along with cannabis regulatory law expertise, to lead our growing
Cannabis Law practice. The ideal candidate will have experience
representing industry operators such as cultivators, processors,
dispensaries, testing labs, transportation companies, or other
ancillary businesses. Experience in other jurisdictions is a plus
