Job OverviewAt First Student, we prioritize the safe transportation of students and passengers. As a School Bus Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our passengers.Key Responsibilities

• Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents, responding to their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with other drivers and transportation staff to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Subject to DOT drug testing and physical.Benefits
    • $30/hr. to $34/hr. starting wage based on experience.
    • $750 Employee Referral bonus.
    • $1,200 Sign on Bonus for non-CDL holders and CDL holders.
    • Paid training leading to your CDL.
    • No experience necessary; we train.
    • No nights or weekends.
    • 25 hours guarantee a week.
