Responsibilities:Monitoring shop efficiency and productivityWorking
with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles to BMW
standardsEnsuring that the tech performs proper repair and service
procedures.Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly
operated and maintained.Hold shop meetings to keep the shop up to
date on new repair procedures and new vehicles.Supervising and
training staff.Creating and managing the team, maintenance, and
work schedules.Enforcing safety regulations and protocols.
