Job Description Currently seeking an Order Entry Representative to support our Sales Team. For this position, there will be a strong emphasis on handling our Amazon customer account. Job Responsibilities: Receive, review and acknowledge orders with any necessary changes Enter / update orders in company database Print orders for warehouse Create and print packaging configuration paperwork Routing shipments for each order through EDI Create carton labels Create Shipping Notice and Customer Invoice Dispute any shortages / discrepancies Print product labels as needed Assist in ALL areas when needed Job Requirements: Associates Degree preferred Minimum of 2 years office experience preferred Computer literate; fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Strong communication skills Strong prioritizing and organizational skills Physical Demands: This position will require long periods of sitting. Also, standing, walking, bending and kneeling that can occur on a daily basis.
