In this role you will be responsible for the strategic growth of North America pipette and dispensing business by working closely with Product Management and Regional Business Managers.Develop into a subject matter expert responsible for offering product expertise, application knowledge and support primarily for Sartorius Account Managers and customers along each stages of the sale funnel. Ensure successful product positioning through onsite demonstrations, virtual conference calls, account manager support and training.What you will accomplish together with us:
    • Work with Product Management and Regional Business Managers to create and implement department initiatives to increase YOY sales
    • Support the sales organization and customers on existing products through subject matter expertise, virtual product presentations, and onsite demonstrations
    • Provide initial training and continued education for Account Managers
    • Help develop and create new tools and process to support Account Managers with increasing close rate and decreasing cost of sale.
    • Develop strong relationships with internal team members and external customersWhat will convince us
      • Bachlors Degree in biological engineering, biotechnology or related field, Masters degree preferred
      • 5 years' experience in sales application and Life Science
      • At least two (2) years of Specialist experience preferred
      • Product and application expertise
      • Ability to effectively interface with product/project/division management
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
      • Customer Driven
      • Flexible attitude, proactivity, and commitment to delivering results
      • Capable of working independently and as a part of a team
