We seek a detail-oriented individual that thrives in a creative and collaborative setting to join our client's team as an Architectural Designer. In the role of Architectural Designer, you will manage projects in the design and documentation from concept to completion of a variety of projects, including high-end commercial and residential projects. This role calls for a dynamic architectural designer that can manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure on-time completion of creative design elements, including drawings, presentations, project research, specifications, and more. • Bachelor's degree in architecture or another related field of study from an accredited program
• 3-6 years of professional experience in architectural projects
• Previous architectural design experience in high-end commercial and residential projects
• Knowledge of and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Sketch-Up, and various rendering programs and plug-ins such as Lumion, V-Ray, and Maxwell
• Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly collaborative and able to contribute positively within a team structure
• Strong design skills and an innate desire to produce meaningful work
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well organized
• Exceptional time management skills
