Job Description:
Architectural Draftsperson Smithtown Architectural firm with a
diversified project portfolio in commercial and residential design,
seeking a FT Experienced Architectural Draftsperson.
Responsibilities: --- Design and development of residential and
commercial construction drawings. --- Ensuring designs meet
required safety and structural standards. --- Generating CAD
drafting models using AutoCad software. --- Field measuring and
construction site visits. Job Requirements:Qualifications Required
to be considered for interview:--- Minimum Required Experience: 3
years' experience with AutoCAD Architecture software on residential
and commercial projects.--- Knowledge of local towns building codes
and zoning codes.--- Draftsperson must be able to manage multiple
projects.--- Self-directed and dependable.--- Understand time
management and organizational skills.--- Motivated, resourceful and
detail oriented.--- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Preferred
