Position SummaryReporting to the Global Head of People
Operations, the Dalio Family Office seeks a best-in-class, hands-on
full lifecycle recruiter with a keen intellect, deep commitment to
excellence, and an exceptional track record in high performing,
diverse environments. The DFO has hiring needs across a variety of
pillars including finance, legal, HR, IT, high-end media and
production, marine science, vessel operations, real estate, program
management, educational technology, philanthropy, family support,
and executive leadership. The Talent Acquisition Lead will help to
develop and foster the Dalio brand to help drive social impact, DEI
best practices, and global change.Day-to-day Responsibilities Would
Include a Combination Of The FollowingPartner with managers and
senior leaders in the full-cycle recruitment process including
meeting with every final candidate prior to hire,Craft and execute
creative and strategic sourcing strategies across multiple talent
familiesDevelop and execute training for leaders on best in class
interviewing skillsOversight of relationships with external
partners including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and talent
consultantsTake ownership of candidate experience working closely
with other members of the Talent Function.Complete ad-hoc projects,
reporting, and tasks as required with cross-functional HR /
businessStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices are
done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.Conduct new
hire orientation in conjunction with the People Operations

years of experience recruiting with at least 5 years in a senior
strategic talent acquisition role.Ability to report and analyze
informationExperience with managing processes and projects with
multiple stakeholdersExperience with senior stakeholders, program
management and change managementHands on experience with Applicant
Tracking and HR systems; experience with Greenhouse, ADP's
WorkforceNow preferredProven ability to work independently and
exercise discretion and independent judgmentBachelor's Degree
