Job Description Job Functions: - Gather needed materials - Feed materials carefully into machines. - Run all automatic grease / silicone filling machines - Push buttons and levers to start / stop machines - Monitor and adjust equipment while they are running - Use weighing scales and calipers - Change drums for machines and if needed for Production - Follow written and verbal operating procedures - Maintain a high level of quality for operations being performed - Maintain a clean and safe working area - Willingness to help in ALL manufacturing and production areas Job Requirements: - Ability to speak and read the English language - Forklift experience REQUIRED - Must be neat and organized - Ability to lift over 50 lbs. Competencies and Authorities: - High School diploma or GED equivalent - On the job training Physical Demands: This is a very active position where standing is required for long periods. Also, walking, bending, kneeling and climbing can occur on a daily basis. This position will require frequent lifting and/or moving of items over 50 lbs.
