Establishes and maintains network performance utilizing technical experience to analyze and troubleshoot network problems. Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the preparation review analysis, capacity planning and recommendations of the existing network infrastructure and related security processesProvides support and escalation services for network related mission critical systems on a rotational basisParticipate in maintaining network infrastructure hardware including ongoing software/firmware patches and upgrades
• Contributes to network architecture design, viability and cost studies
• Analyzes and maintains less complex network health monitoring and notification tools
• Provides review analysis, capacity planning and enhancement recommendations of the existing network infrastructure and related security processes
• Participates in project implementation Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in supporting Windows Server environment/ Data CenterPreferred Qualifications
    • Experience with supporting and configuring Wireless Cellular Routers
    • Experience in supporting Windows 2012/ 2016 and 2019 Server farm
    • Exposure to Hyper V and managing virtual machines
    • Exposure to F5 load balancers, Cradle Point 600/900 Access Points, Palo Alto Firewalls, VPN Network etc.Other Skills Sought:
      • Good Communication Skills
      • Ability to understand end user issues
      • Technical hands-on experience and Ability to trouble shoot
      • Able to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment
      • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable IT systems /applications
      • Ability to develop new systems and tools
      • Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
      • Demonstrated analytical skills
