As a Recruiting Screener and Sourcer at IANULY Talent
Accelerators, you'll get to partner with one of our top producing
recruiters and contribute to the full lifecycle hunt for the
perfect candidate. We are seeking somebody passionate and driven to
play a crucial part in building startups from the ground floor.
You'll learn best practices from sourcing, to sending inmails,
through finessing the relationship of candidates seeking high
leverage roles at promising, multi-million dollar VC-backed tech
startups. Over time, you'll build diverse and inclusive teams while
making a lasting, positive impact on people's careers.
Responsibilities Ability and willingness to be trained to source
and screen top talent candidates for our emerging technology open
Curiosity about people and their motivations. You want to know not
just what people do, but why they do it.
Constant prioritization and a sense of urgency. You know how to
work with multiple competing priorities, to shift focus as needs or
requirements change, and to manage the expectations of those you

experience, tried out the hacks, and unearthed the candidates no
one knew about.
At least 2 years of experience and working knowledge of sourcing
and screening candidates as they relate to pipelining both active
and passive candidates.
Demonstrated ability perform pre-screens and in-depth
B.A. or B.S. degree
