Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for all aspects of client invoices, reports & communications.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Daily

  • Email Client Invoices into multiple computer systems
  • Email Invoices to Clients
  • Enter Client Payments into QuickBooks - ACH & Checks
  • Filing/pulling Client Invoices

Weekly
  • Email Past Due Invoices for Clients
  • Prep & Audit 4 Hour Minimum Report
  • Complete & Email Client Spreadsheets
  • Shredding Documents
  • Copies/Scanning Documents

Monthly
  • Attend & Participate in Team Meetings
  • Prepping Client Statements
  • Client Invoice Research
Employment Type: Full Time
Years Experience: 1 - 3 years
Salary: $17 - $18 Hourly
Bonus/Commission: No
