• This program will serve as the entry point for patients with acute or chronic back and neck pain and serve as the model for evidenced based spine care and personalized coordinated care across disciplines.
• Work with a team of Neurospine Physicians and Advanced Practitioners to evaluate, diagnose and treat spine related patients
• perform ultrasound/Fluoroscopic injections in our state of the art spine care facilities co-located with physical therapy, advanced imaging and interventional radiology services for patients in the state of CT
• The provider will participate in Inpatient call coverage and weekend admissions based on the team's rotation and vacation schedules.
