Law has been committed to satisfying the needs of their clients.Because of rapid expansion of the organization the following opportunity is currently available: - ParalegalWe are looking for a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented person to join our progressive, innovative, and growing elder law department of nine attorneys and a great team of paralegals. - You must have 3-5 years Medicaid experience, be articulate, comfortable with extensive client contact and possess strong writing skills - - Job DutiesPrimary responsibility to the preparation and submission of application seeking Medicaid coverage for home care or nursing home services under the supervision of an attorney. - A basic familiarity with estate planning process, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills required.Job Requirements3-5 years of experience in processing Medicaid applications for home care and nursing home servicesExcellent client serviceMust have strong written and verbal communications skillsSuperior computer skills including Microsoft office and hotdocsMust be detail-oriented and organized with good analytical and problem-solving abilityAbility to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environmentTo the qualified individual we offer, a competitive salary based on experience, bonus opportunity and 401k -This is an opportunity to grow with and become part of a rapidly expanding law firm in a burgeoning field of practice.Powered by JazzHR
