Candidates must possess strong customer service skills, ability to multi-task and the ability to work as a team is essential. Responsibilities of the Real Estate Paralegal -- Title Review and clearance of the title, handles file through closing for Bank Attorney -- Contract review -- Schedule closing, preparing closing disclosures; preparing deed and transfer documents -- Preparing lender closing documents for closings -- Answering and returning phone calls Qualifications of the Real Estate Paralegal -- Must be able to work independently and part as a Team -- Strong Multi-tasking ability -- 2 to 3 years of Real Estate Experience, Co-op experience plus -- Ability to maneuver and be proficient in Outlook, Real EC and our operating system -- Proficient in communicating with lenders, attorneys and borrowers Benefits of the Real Estate Paralegal -- 401K -- Medical -- Dental -- Vision
