Job Description:
Job description Gregory Ralph, Architect (GRA Design Studio) is
a mid-size architecture firm providing services to both high end
residential, and retail commercial clients. We are a growing
company offering a great opportunity for individuals to both

business. Qualifications Demonstrate experience and knowledge of
survey techniques and procedures. Possess strong verbal and written
communication skills, as well as good judgment and organizational
skills. Have a valid Driver’s license. Ability to drive/travel for
long continuous hours. Ability to drive personal car when
necessary. Ability to stand, climb and walk continuously. Ability
to perform strenuous work in a varying climate (heat and cold,
etc). Ability to be away from home for extended periods of time.
Must have good computer skills and be able to learn survey related
software / equipment. Working knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit is
preferred. Architecture/design background preferred but not
necessary. Responsibilities Communicate with
Clients/Brokers/Landlords to schedule site visits. Book travel
arrangements and keep records of said transactions biweekly.
Maintain communication/relationship with Clients until project
moves out of survey phase. Apply standard surveying techniques in
the field to plan and execute field surveys. Broad understanding
and experience for operating surveying equipment – Faro scanners,
Matterport scanners, flying drones. Prepare field notes and draw
sketches of existing site conditions when necessary. Accurately
records field data. Review, download, and process field data.
Prepare detailed job reports and discuss projects with team leads
daily. Maintain and troubleshoot complex equipment. Drafting and
editing of survey existing conditions using Recap, Revit and
