We help them tap into the latest technologies to achieve transformational outcomes and be more agile, innovative, resilient and better equipped to respond to disruptive change.The opportunityAs EY continues to grow our Alliances, we need a US-based Alliance Relationship Program & Operations Associate Director (ARD) who can work with Microsoft to drive the growth of Microsoft partner programs across the firm. Responsibilities include developing a global execution approach, managing key relationships inside EY and Microsoft, driving governance and collaboration, leading partner program operations, managing contracts and compliance, and providing performance insights. This role offers the chance to collaborate across the global firm and multiple service lines and sectors.Your key responsibilitiesYour role will sit in the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team managing top EY alliances. Specifically, the Microsoft Program & Operations ARD will work directly with Global Alliance Leadership, Microsoft counterparts, and EY's delivery practices to manage and deliver the strategic objectives of the Microsoft alliance program.Your primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing Microsoft alliance program and operations strategies
• Engaging with Microsoft counterparts to understand current and future programs
• Driving global adoption of alliance partner programs and overseeing execution
• Managing a global rhythm of business, including operations, reporting, and regional coordination
• Leading intelligence and performance management, including financial reporting and operational improvements
• Leading offshore teams to execute operations globally
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and risk management
• Contributing to the global alliance network with content, knowledge sharing, and market insightsThis position is flexible regarding location, involving virtual work and regular coordination, with some travel required.Skills and attributes for successQualifications include:
  • Ability to manage multiple activities, relationships, governance, marketing, contracts, and finances; highly organized
  • Experience leading offshore enablement and operations teams
  • Understanding of technology and business benefits of alliance partner products
  • Experience in alliance management or business development in tech or professional services
  • Proven success in building and nurturing alliance relationships
  • Strong networking and influence skills to drive organizational outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills, with a track record of delivering resultsAdditional qualities include being a self-starter, able to escalate issues, demonstrate leadership, multitask effectively, and adapt to diverse teams and cultures.What we offer youWe provide competitive compensation, including a salary range of $200,000 to $385,000 in the US, with higher ranges in NYC, Washington State, and California.
