Job Description:

Position Summary:The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding and continuously optimizing CPC's owned websites. The Web Developer will work with the marketing team and other cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and user-friendly websites with the end goal of driving conversion and DTC sales. Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: --- Build and optimize (both front & back end) web pages for evolving business needs --- Provide continued support for all internal web pages and external client web pages (when applicable) --- Maintain communication with team members and external clients regarding the direction and optimization of websites --- Code and script applications --- Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis

• Work with the Brand Manager/Brand Director to develop web and direct e-commerce strategies across multiple brands
• SEO keyword research and best practices implementation
• Implement and manage functionality of web-based loyalty programs for multiple brands
• Manage email/CRM strategy including entering content, scheduling deployment of emails within the platform, and analysis
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the websites and related digital marketing campaigns, make recommendations to optimize based on findings, and report results to relevant stakeholders
• Continuously research the current media landscape and stay up to date with the latest trends and best practicesSkills:
  • Proven working experience in web programming
  • Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with current and emerging programming languages
  • A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
  • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
  • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills Education and Experience: --- BS in computer science or a related field --- 3-5 years of work experience in web development Work Environment: --- Hours/Travel may be subject to change based on management/company discretion. --- Work location is subject to change as needed to meet business requirements. --- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, bend, sit, talk, hear or walk for long periods. The employee may lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. --- For exempt employees, casual or incidental overtime worked is not compensable.
