Job Description VHF Inc . is seeking a Technical Support Representative--- - Dental CNC Machines to join our team You will provide phone and onsite support for our clients. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for our business partners for the servicing of their dental milling and grinding machines Provide second and third-level support for these machines via phone, email, webchats, remote control, and onsite as needed. Troubleshoot and repair dental milling machines at the home office and at client locations. Independently supervise incoming support cases from initial contact through solution, and maintain historical documentation and evaluation of support cases. Cooperate closely with vhf headquarters in Germany regarding improvements Initiate sales for our portfolio of spare parts and accessories Initiate sales for training and support plans. Qualifications: Experience in a related technical field, degree in technical field a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, polite, and solution-oriented customer service skills English proficiency Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada, as well as to the vhf headquarters in Germany Ability to work successfully, both independently, as well as part of a team High level of motivation and ability to work well under pressure Fluency in Spanish a plus.
