are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer
specializing in Full-Stack Development using Javascript/Node,
React, GraphQL, MySQL/AuroraDB and Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a
bonus if you are familiar with mobile app development using React
Native. The Senior Software Developer will support existing apps in
place as well as lead the development of enhancements and new
projects across our platforms. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Work within the team to produce best-in-class
software. Understand the current application infrastructure and
suggest changes and improvements to it. Define and document best
practices and strategies regarding application deployment and
infrastructure maintenance. Identify places where the
infrastructure needs improvements or updating, as well as
implementing those changes Be familiar with and leverage the
applications CI/CD pipeline using the AWS CI/CD stack. Maintain and
improve our current call center, leveraging Twilios APIs to improve
our existing applications using WebRTC. Diagnose and fix bugs and
performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. Maintain
code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the
highest quality. Transition existing React web apps to React
Native. Develop front end website architecture. Design user
interactions on web pages. Design and develop APIs. Create servers
and databases for functionality. Ensure cross-platform optimization
for mobile phones. Ensure responsiveness of applications. Work
alongside graphic designers for web design features. Meet both
technical and consumer needs. Stay abreast of developments in web
applications and programming languages. Build pixel-perfect,
buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms. About You: You are

Experience: 5+ years as a full-stack developer. Full-Stack, in this
case, means REACT, REACT Native, Node.js, Linux, and MySQL, Aurora
DB or equivalent in a scalable, cloud-based environment, preferably
AWS.Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience working with off-shore and in-house developers, and
technology partners to achieve satisfactory results. Experience
turning business needs into a satisfactory technology solution.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent short, mid and
long-term planning skills. Experience working with Jira,
Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack (or equivalent). Average 2+ year
tenure with each employer over the past 5 years (unless contract
work). Broad and extensive knowledge of software development
lifecycle (SDLC) processes and associated technologies. Knowledge
working within a cloud delivery platform, with AWS experience
preferred. Data modeling and database design experience with
database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB. Integration
expertise, both building and maintaining APIs, both internally and
working with 3rd party SDKs and APIs. Understanding of various
coding methods and computer languages. Proficiency with fundamental
front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Familiarity
with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS or React. Proficiency
with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and
.Net. Specialization with React and React Native and Amazon Web
services (AWS). Enthusiasm. Preferred Experience: 5+ years
experience as a full-stack developer working on web-based
applications. Experience as working with and administering
databases, both maintaining and creating databases and leveraging
best practices in design and performance. Experience working at a
development/integration level with real-time, bi-directional audio
and video conferencing technologies such as WebRTC, Twilio, Zoom,
etc. Experience porting applications between iOS, Android and the
Web, on browsers, tablets and smartphones. Experience designing and
developing in compliance with evolving third-party standards such
as HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, etc. Education Required: B.S. in Computer
Science or Engineering (Masters Degree Preferred)by Jobble
