About the Opportunity: CFS has partnered with a non-profit
organization seeking a strategic and mission-driven Vice President
of Talent & Organizational Culture to lead our people strategy and
foster a high-performance, values-aligned workplace. As a key
member of the Leadership Team, the VP will oversee all aspects of
talent management, organizational development, and HR
operations-partnering closely with the CEO, COO, and Executive
Team. This role is responsible for advancing initiatives across
recruitment, employee engagement, DEIB, performance management,
total rewards, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate brings
deep expertise in scaling HR functions, driving culture change, and
building inclusive, people-first environments. Key
Responsibilities: Lead and evolve talent strategy aligned with
organizational goals Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention
programs Oversee performance management, succession planning, and
staff development Guide culture-building and employee engagement
efforts Ensure compliance and operational excellence in all HR
systems and processes Coach leaders and managers on best practices
in people management Who You Are: 10 years of progressive HR
leadership, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven
organization Proven experience advising C-suite leaders on talent
and organizational culture Strong background in performance
management, compliance, and HR systems Strategic thinker with
hands-on ability to lead change and foster inclusion SPHR,
SHRM-SCP, or similar certification preferred
