Now Hiring: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Onsite - Bohemia, NY 11716
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
6 months to 2 years HR or onboarding experience
Basic understanding of the Form I9
Ability to review and audit the Form I9
Proficiency with Microsoft and PDF applications
Experience working with HRIS systems
Responsibilities:
Scan and combine company I9 Forms located across different mediums
(paper & electronic)
Prepare documents in order required for electronic housing
Review documents to ensure the Form I9 is completed correctly
Word with PDF applications to combine and/or reorder
documents/pages
Assist with onboarding and orientation as needed
