Job DescriptionOur insurance firm is looking for an experienced insurance recruiter to help us with our staffing needs and find the right people to continue to grow and expand. You'll network with up-and-coming insurance professionals, identify top talent, and recruit them to our agency before the competition. Job seekers should be established recruiting experts with a background in insurance hiring who are passionate about getting us the best talent in the industry. • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates
• Write company job postings, making sure that they are readily available on public job boards as well as for current employees
• Provide all candidates with very clear information regarding their application, whether they've received an offer or not
• Negotiate wage and benefit discussions between candidates and internal leadership
• Establish a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our insurance firmQualifications:
  • Interviewing skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are needed for this role
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required
  • At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred
  • Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions
