Daversa is seeking to hire our next class of great Executive Recruiters. We are looking for experienced hires to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a related field like sales, customer success, business development, or recruiting. The ideal candidate will be motivated, willing to learn, and driven to build their own career.

Cultivate a diverse network and focus on finding C-suite level candidates for our clients in the Tech Industry.
Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage, balancing excellent service with a positive commercial outcome for all parties - this includes setting up interviews, giving and receiving feedback, identifying potential problems during the process and negotiating contract terms for successful candidates.
Research is high quality, timely, and if of appropriate breadth and depth as it related to the search.
Provide ongoing advice on market conditions, business trends and salary fluctuations within their industry sector.
Work as an integral part of a team, motivating one another, and communicating effectively.
Focus collaboratively on the broader day-to-day issues of executive search work, systems, and procedures and training - proactively maximizing commercial performance.
1-3 years of experience in related recruitment field.
Bachelor's Degree.
A relentless drive to perform and add value to the team and projects you are a part of.
Soundtrack record of solving sophisticated problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant hiring impact for a business.
Experience creating and executing a sourcing and partnership strategy to increase diversity in all of the corporate functions across the organization.
Expertise continuously and proactively building a candidate pipeline.
A collaborative mindset working with hiring teams to create an inclusive interview process and advise on best practices.
Has the intellectual curiosity, problem-solving capability and drive to perform at Daversa Partners.
