Job Description:
Chef Brian Lewis' The Cottage in Greenwich, Connecticut Seeks a
Sous Chef and all kitchen positions. We are thrilled to announce
that Two Time James Beard Nominated Chef Brian Lewis and his
hospitality team are opening a second location of The Cottage in
Greenwich, Connecticut. Chef Brian has been nominated as a
semi-finalist for the original "The Cottage" in Westport in 2018
and just recently in 2022 for Best Chef Northeast by the James
Beard Foundation. We are currently looking for full time positions;
Sous Chef,Line Cooks and all Back Of House. The Cottage is a warm
and welcoming restaurant which embraces the local community and is
greatly influenced by the artisan farmers and growers in our
region. We are seeking candidates who are looking to continue to
excel and hone their craft in all areas of hospitality. We are a
team of ambitious, guest focused, and passionate individuals who
are seeking candidates who are highly organized and professional.
We are currently hiring for full time positions for Sous Chef and
all kitchen positions. All cooking interview trails are paid and
signing bonuses are offered for all full time employees. Employment
