Job Description:
Eagle Rock Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Certified Nursing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role
involves assisting in the delivery of personalized medical and
rehabilitation services to our patients. The ideal candidate will
be skilled in providing both clinical and emotional support to
patients while adhering to health and safety regulations. This
position requires a professional who can work collaboratively with
a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is
consistently provided. Assist nursing staff in delivering direct
patient care under supervision. Monitor and record patients’
conditions and respond to their needs efficiently. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed. Support patients with
daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating. Maintain
accurate patient records and communicate any changes or updates in
patient conditions to nurses or doctors. Adhere to all facility
policies and procedures, including health, safety, and privacy
rules. Ability to operate medical equipment Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Proficient in maintaining accurate patient
records Empathy and patience when dealing with patients Capability
to work effectively as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
