Job Description:
Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a leader in
rehabilitative and long-term care, is currently seeking a dedicated
Certified Nursing Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal
in providing top-level care to our residents by assisting with
daily living activities, monitoring health conditions, and
supporting rehabilitation therapies. Our associates are essential
in fulfilling our mission of delivering compassionate healthcare
services that foster wellness, recovery, and a high quality of life
for our patients. Assist patients with daily living activities such
as feeding, bathing, and dressing. Monitor vital signs like blood
pressure and pulse, and report changes to registered nurses or
physicians. Document patient care services by charting in patient
and department records according to protocols. Ensure the comfort
and safety of patients, adhering to hygiene standards and infection
control measures. Support the implementation of individual care
plans, provide emotional support, and promote patients’
independence as much as possible. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Basic knowledge of healthcare and medical
terminology Proficiency in handling medical equipment Capacity for
empathy and compassion Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified
Nursing Assistant (CNA) required Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification preferred
