Job Description Spanish-English Bilingual Family Medicine Physician Location: Brooklyn, NY Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Spanish-English bilingual Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and communicate effectively with a diverse patient population in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform routine physical examinations, preventive screenings, and immunizations Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management and follow-up care Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and overall wellness strategies Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Stay current with medical advancements, clinical guidelines, and evidence-based practices Qualifications Medical degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active and unrestricted medical license Fluency in both Spanish and English (required) Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Job Details Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time Compensation: $280,000 - $320,000 annually Schedule: Day shifts with flexible scheduling options Work Environment: In-person clinical setting Benefits Competitive compensation package Health insurance Paid time off Flexible scheduling Visa sponsorship available, if applicable
