Job Description Primary Care Physician Compensation: $215K–$245K

patient satisfaction. Position Highlights Compensation: $215K–$245K
base (depending on experience and location) Bonus:
Performance-based incentives tied to quality metrics Support Team:
Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker Clinic Resources:
Onsite lab with phlebotomist; RubiconMD for specialist consults EMR
Systems: Canopy and Greenway Care Model: 100% outpatient,
value-based healthcare Clinic Staff: 3–5 providers per location
(mix of MDs and NPs) Patient Experience: Free transportation within
5 miles; community wellness activities such as exercise, yoga,
