The unit specializes in providing care for adolescents aged 12-17 and children aged 5-11 facing various psychiatric challenges. Our focus is on building connections through conversation and support without reliance on physical touch. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Provide nursing care to patients in the Adolescent Psychiatric Unit. /n - Engage with patients to foster a therapeutic environment. /n - Administer medications and monitor patients' mental health status. /n - Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans. /n - Maintain a safe environment while respecting patient privacy. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - 1 years of experience in psychiatric nursing. /n - Some pediatric clinical experience preferred. /n - Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. /n - CPI or PMCS certification required prior to start. /n - Preferred: BSN degree. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
