Job Description Job Description RN Patient Flow & Care Management – Emergency Dept Location: Bronx, NY 10461 Contract Length: 13 Weeks Schedule: 5 Days/Week | Day Shift Department: Emergency Services Weekly Gross: $2,779.87 Summary This role supports patient throughput and transitions of care through care coordination and utilization management in the Emergency Department.
