Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled
Occupational Therapist is needed to provide specialized services
within an elementary school setting in Brentwood, NY. This contract
opportunity is available for the current school year (CSY),
focusing on delivering targeted OT support to two students.
Responsibilities: - Provide individual Occupational Therapy
sessions twice weekly (30 minutes each) to one student. - Conduct a
30-minute small group Occupational Therapy session once weekly for
another student. - Collaborate with school staff and families to
ensure effective therapy integration. - Maintain accurate records
and documentation for each session. Qualifications: - Licensed
Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings. -
Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans. -
Strong communication skills for working with students, families,
and educators. - Experience working in elementary school
environments preferred. Location: - Elementary school in Brentwood,
NY. This contract role offers the opportunity to apply occupational
therapy skills in a school context to support student development
