Provide direct care to patients within the medical-surgical units, adapting to different units as needed. Evaluate patient conditions and administer appropriate care in a timely and efficient manner. Support a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired treatment outcomes. Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately and comprehensively. Participate in continuing education and professional development sessions to enhance nursing knowledge and skills. Strong clinical abilities with a focus on medical-surgical care. Excellent adaptability to dynamically shift roles and responsibilities across units. Proficient in using medical software for patient care management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS and ACLS certified. Preferably certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CMSRN) but not required.
