Social Worker, Hospice / MSW Coverage area: St Peter's Hospital and

care. AC-BSW Schedule: Part Time - 20 hours / week plus on call
Shift: 5 shortened days or 2 full days with 1 half day / Tuesday
availability is needed Salary: $30 - $40 / hour Must have an
approved license by the NJ Board of Social Work Examiners as an LSW

Qualifications: Be the Best Hospice Clinical Social Worker You Can
Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! Master’s
Degree from accredited school of Social Work or related field;
Valid license/registration of permit to practice in state(s) of
agency operation if required Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance specialty
preferred Required Certifications and Licensures: Licensed to
practice as a clinical social worker in the state of agency
operation if required Must be a licensed driver who can travel to
