Full Time
Hours: 12-hour shifts 3 or 4 days/week, 14 shifts every 4 weeks
Employed
Sign-On Bonus: $2500
Compensation: Starting at $250,000 + profit sharing
Benefits: - Full Benefits- Medical, dental, and vision paid for employee- Profit-Sharing- 401k- 2 weeks PTO (increases to 3 after first 12 months)- 1 week CME with a $3,000 stipend- 100% Paid Malpractice Insurance- $2,500 relocation assistance
Additional Info: Our goal is to exceed our patient's expectations for compassionate, high-quality medical care in a quick and convenient manner.Qualifications:- FM Board Certified- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in urgent care or emergency room - Must be eligible for DOT certification and USCIS certification (AFC will pay for certification)
