Tasks & Duties:

ADL's: Activities of Daily Living
IADL's: Instrumental Activities of Daily Living
Possible RN delegation of activities

Qualifications:

Must have valid HHA / PCA certificate -
Covid vaccine or exemption form
Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain -
Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form -
