Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of New York2. Experienced in Long Term Care and Nursing Management3. Experience with MDS 3.0 scheduling and completion (Preferred)4. Posses strong communication skills clinical knowledge and skill5. Experience with CMI case mix and quality measure reporting6. Demonstrates leadership ability7. Team player, able to delegate and oversee subordinates and flexible to changing work conditions and situations.8. Must be computer literate, experience with PCC preferred.Functions:1. Oversees MDS completion by all clinical disciplines2. Completes MDS as warranted3. Participates in MDS education for all clinical disciplines4. Schedules and oversees Care planning meetings as needed5.
