Tax: KPMG LLP seeks a Managing Director in NY, NY.Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field + 10 years of experience in offshore positions or related occupations.
• Master's degree + 7 years of experience acceptable.
• At least 3 years of experience must include structuring US & foreign funds, including Real Estate investment funds.
• Knowledge of 26 USC 892 and qualifications.
• Understanding of OECD Pillars 1 + 2, Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax.
• Experience reviewing US corporate & partnership income tax returns.
• Application of US withholding requirements for foreign persons.
• Application of US Double Taxation Treaties, including determining residence status & withholding rates.
